What are the available delivery options?
We offer standard door-to-door delivery via our partner couriers, as well as convenient PAXI collection points at various PEP and PEP Cell stores nationwide.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email containing a unique tracking number and a link to the courier's tracking portal.
What is the return policy for electronic devices?
Devices can be returned within 7 days of purchase if they are in their original, unopened packaging. If a device is faulty, it is subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa and Mastercard), Instant EFT via PayFast, and PEP gift vouchers.
Do my mobile devices come with a warranty?
Yes, all cellphones and tablets purchased from PEP Cell come with a standard 12-month manufacturer's warranty against technical defects.
Can I RICA my new SIM card online?
Currently, RICA registration must be completed in-person at any PEP Cell store. Please bring your original ID document and a valid proof of residence.
